Your Mission

As one of our fully remote Senior Community Managers, you will be part of our International Affairs Division. You will manage our community across several different channels. You will uphold the reputation of our brand and connect our products and services to the entire community that has followed us since our founding, and all the brand new customers just joining and learning about the wonders of Crypto and Blockchain.

You will

  • Evaluate and develop the content strategy to cater to our user base;
  • Schedule content and engage our users through original and compelling copies;
  • Bring your own unique ideas on how to improve and manage our international communities in social media;
  • Create, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies;
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner;
  • Forward customer issues, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
  • Build relationships with partners, customers, potential customers, industry professionals and influencers;
  • Encourage collaboration across teams, markets and departments on social media strategy.

You bring

  • 4+ years of working experience in Community Management;
  • Having a strong portfolio and personal experience;
  • Comfortable with working hours in APAC Time Zone (UTC+5/UTC+10);
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and changes;
  • Perfect English communication (both verbally and in writing);
  • Responsibility of being face of Gate.io in our communities;
  • Dedicative and organized mindset;
  • Team player attitude and with a proactive work ethic;
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, quick, responsive approaches to work;
  • Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency Marketing (We are looking for someone who lives and breathes Cryptocurrency from waking to sleep).
