This $13 trillion industry still runs on tech and processes implemented decades ago, it lacks transparency and is riddled with bad user experience. Not only do consumers lose tens of billions each year because they get loans that don’t consider their whole financial situation and needs, but they also have to suffer through a long and stressful process.

With a small but quickly growing team of 20 we have already delighted millions of consumers and made money for our employees and investors and launched a DAO.

On our recent funding round from: Forbes: “True Ventures led LoanSnap’s $30 million Series B round, with participation from venture firms including Baseline Ventures, The Virgin Group and Mantis VC, among others, and individuals including former NFL quarterback Joe Montana, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and Zynga founder Mark Pincus. This fresh influx, which raises the startup’s funding to a total $64 million, will go towards expanding its services in other areas.”

Your job will be to lead product management for the Bacon Protocol. You will learn from consumers, customers, developers and community members and apply those learnings to design and spec the user interface, interaction model and core of our products. Success will be measured by how quickly you can iterate with a sharp design and engineering team to build the future of home loans on the blockchain.

You’re good at:

• Designing, prototyping and measuring products
• Learning from customers and developers to ensure the product you are building delights consumers
• Listening to feedback both from consumers and from your peers
