Chief Executive Officer for DeFi Lending Protocol

We’re looking to add an experienced, passionate, Chief Executive Officer to lead the BNPL Pay team. The CEO is to lead the company in the post-launch growth utilizing specialized knowledge in blockchain and banking ecosystems to bring about a dynamic, industry-leading product. He/She is to take efforts to understand the quickly evolving regulatory environment to assure the protocol is able to adapt and grow to suit the needs of all ecosystem participants using BNPL Pay’s services.

The CEO is to have an extensive network and knowledge in finance/banking and ideally crowdfunding with a niche in blockchain and crypto-related systems. The CEO also works in conjunction with the marketing team to market the brand of the exchange. The CEO must have experience in web-product design and is required to coordinate with the design team to create the website of the exchange with knowledge of front-end UI and back-end functionalities of the product.

What You Will Do:

• Define the protocol growth strategy and competitive positioning
• Report directly to the Foundation Directors and backers
• Understand and navigate the regulatory and compliance environment in core markets to maintain a competitive advantage
• Grow BNPL Pay Network’s online community base through marketing campaigns, lead generation content, cross-marketing strategies, digital strategies and industry partnership campaigns
• Manage the team of consultants to design and execute the protocol growth strategy
• Setup and monitor product analytics and other growth tools; measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts
• Be the public-facing spokesperson for the company and interact with the media.

Requirements:

• At least a Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, management or economics is preferred.
• Dedicated experience on a global platform with a high volume of product pushes ideally in a banking or fintech environment.
• Be very flexible, hands-on and able to multitask while delegating in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with direct responsibility for project growth in a global company.
• Experience in a similar senior executive leadership role.
• A strategic leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in long-term planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experience providing leadership and oversight for overall day-to-day operations.
• Understand marketing in a crypto/DeFi environment.
• A solid understanding of IT and technology and the benefits it can provide.
