We are a trusted, institutional crypto asset technology team that delivers leading data and software products to address the most complex data challenges. We build SaaS and DaaS solutions to convert crypto asset data into auditable information to support portfolio management, sub-ledger, risk, analytical and other financial reporting. Our products automate and optimize crypto asset data management for all businesses, including but not limited to funds, fund administrators, OTC and proprietary trading desks, exchanges, miners, protocols and accounting firms - and we are proud to call some of the largest crypto businesses and financial institutions our customers.

Position Summary

This role is a part of a newly created Account Management team that will serve as a bridge between the existing Sales and Customer Success teams. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with Lukka’s enterprise crypto-native customers while also seeking up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Act as an intermediary between the Sales and Customer Success teams to provide optimal service and support to our customers
  • Facilitate relationship development at various levels with our crypto-native customers to strengthen our institutional partnership, and position Lukka as a best-in-class service provider
  • Spearhead renewals and upsells of existing products and services, and identify opportunities to further enhance Lukka’s integration with customers
  • Work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative team environment to further broader organizational objectives

Who we need

  • 5+ years experience in account and relationship management
  • Deep understanding of blockchains, digital assets and the crypto ecosystem
  • Strong organizational and operational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentational) with a proven track record of maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Ability to use enterprise-wide systems for handling work processes in an effective and efficient manner
  • A self-starter who anticipates and prepares for potential challenges and opportunities, with a focus on providing solutions
  • A team player and active contributor who thrives in a dynamic and fluid environment

Nice to haves

  • Experience with SaaS and/or DaaS
  • Experience with SQL and database management
  • Background in financial services (advisory, asset management, etc.)
