About Social Staircase:

Founded in 2018, Social Staircase is a full-scale digital marketing agency focused on the blockchain industry. Social Staircase is the marketing lead in many reputable crypto projects.

Your role:

The creative director guides all projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. At Social Staircase you’re not only taking a purely managerial role, but you keep one foot in the trenches, helping to generate the big ideas.

Duties involved in this role:

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
• Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
• Oversee deliverables and timelines
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
• Remain actively involved in training creative staff

Skills/experience required:

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates an expert capability in design principles and solutions 
• Extensive experience with visual design, principles of UI design, layouts, graphics development, typography, color, and visual theories
• Knowledge of user experience disciplines such as UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies
• Expert with Adobe Creative Suite needed; capability with W3C HTML / XHTML, CSS, and Flash a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams 
• Trained and experienced in digital design, web, and mobile development in an enterprise environment 
• Experience in the blockchain industry
