Your Mission

As one of our fully remote UI/UX Designers, you will work with our Graphic Design Team, within our International Affairs Division. You will do research for our product layouts, bring innovative UI components to Gate.io, and drive an engaging and best-in-class UX. In summary, you’re going to show your UI/UX skills at one of the Top 10 digital asset exchange companies in the world, being at the forefront of generating the smoothest user stories in the business!

You will

• Be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into innovative design solutions including user experience design specifications that are engaging, valuable and usable;
• Create project briefs, presentations, user flows, user journeys, site maps, screen flows, taxonomies, wireframe specifications and other necessary documentation to communicate the recommended user experience to internal stakeholders and development teams;
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, ideas, and layouts;
• Assist in QA to make sure features are implemented as intended and troubleshoot design issues with developers, front-end developers and QA engineers;
• Create, prepare, process, and export assets for implementation by our experienced software development teams;
• Benchmark externally, and inquire internally for ideas, and improvement opportunities.

You bring

• 3+ years of working experience in UI/UX Design;
• A degree or certificate in a visual design-related field;
• High proficiency in mainstream UX/UI designer tools;
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and changes;
• Experience working with Product Managers or Owners;
• Creative and organized mindset;
• Team player attitude and with a proactive work ethic;
• Self-motivated, adaptable, quick, responsive approaches to work;
• Experience in a Crypto Exchange Company (or understanding of its practices and trends)
