Manager of Social Media Marketing

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the content planning and social media platform marketing and fan maintaining (Twitter, Toutube, Tiktok, Facebook etc.).
  2. Develop potential users and increase visibility of brand or product.
  3. User preferences analyzing and data collecting. Planning regularly various theme activities and enhancing user stickiness.
  4. Analyzing the hotspot cases and new social media marketing model of competitive in a targeted manner, optimizing and developing new promotion and management methods.
  5. Monitoring social media status, collecting and recording relevant data, and be responsible for data analysis results.
  6. Develop and cooperate with influencers and be responsible for the follow up, including user growth and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 3 years or above working experience in relevant positions in Internet or Finance industry. English can be used as working language, overseas study and working experience is preferred.
  2. Deep knowledge of overseas marketing, excellent understanding of Facebook Twitter Youtube and other mainstream platforms. Passionate about international online marketing and promotion.
  3. Active thinking with creative ideas, proactive and self-driven, strong learning ability and curiosity.
  4. Excellent activity planning and problem-solving skills. Can handle independently various issues of overseas community management.

岗位职责

  1. 统筹并负责各海外社交媒体平台Twitter、Youtube、TikTok、Facebook等账号的内容策划及粉丝运营;
  2. 维护各社媒平台粉丝数量及关系,挖掘潜在用户,提高品牌或产品知名度及曝光度;
  3. 收集并挖掘、分析用户喜好,定期策划各类主题活动,培养粉丝粘性;
  4. 有针对性的分析行业竞品社媒新玩法及各类热点案例,优化并开拓新的运营推广方式;
  5. 协助监测社交媒体运营状态,收集并记录相关数据,并对数据分析结果负责;
  6. 对相关KOL资源进行开发和合作,并负责增长策略以及效果维护.

任职要求

  1. 本科及以上学历,3年及以上互联网或金融行业相关岗位工作经验,英语能作为工作语言,有海外学习工作经历者优先;
  2. 对海外推广渠道认识较深,了解Facebook、Twitter、YouTube等主流平台的玩法,对国际化网络营销推广工作有热情;
  3. 思维活跃,有想法有创意,工作积极主动,自我驱动力强且有较强的学习新事物能力;
  4. 具备优秀的活动策划能力,能独立解决各种海外社群运营问题.
