Business Development

FABRIC is seeking a business development Swiss army knife to come join our team! You will be responsible for building business relationships with crypto media outlets as well as Solana DeFi & NFT protocols. We are looking to have you locate, develop, and close partnerships in order to further embed FABRIC into the Solana ecosystem. Additionally, you will work to grow the FABRIC brand through hosting AMA’s, twitter spaces and live interviews with other protocols on happenings in the defi space.

You will be working closely with the founders and core members as part of an agile, responsive team.

About FABRIC:

FABRIC is a synthetic asset issuance protocol built on Solana. Through FABRIC, users can gain exposure to all of the most popular cryptos, fiat currencies, stocks, commodities and inverse assets with effectively infinite liquidity, zero slippage and no risk of front-running, all through the use of synthetic assets.

Responsibilities:

• Use our product roadmap to inform and build strategic and value-added relationships with protocols.
• Collaborate with the core team to identify business and technical requirements and define deliverables for each team
• Work with the marketing and visual design team to plan and host live audio content such as twitter spaces, fireside chats and AMAs.
• Maintain accountability; deliver successful outcomes with measurable results
• Identify and leverage emerging industry trends to inform our corporate strategy

Requirements:

• Experience in business development or partnerships role in tech or finance
• Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem including DeFi and NFT trends
• Deep knowledge and understanding of blockchain and the cryptocurrency industry
• Strong communication skills and experience hosting live interviews
• Ability to establish strong working relationships both internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a remote work environment
• Solana DeFi power user preferred

Nice to have:

• Understanding of margin trading and derivatives products
• Familiarity with the Solana blockchain and building applications on Solana
