Divergence is a product-ready decentralized derivatives protocol. Our flagship product is an AMM-based marketplace trading synthetic binary options. We are looking for a marketing, operations lead with a passion for decentralized markets to take initiatives on:

• Developing & execute strategies for marketing/growth hacking
• Producing thoughtful contents & lead press/social media engagements

Who we’re looking for:

• Professional background serving similar roles, excitement for web3 and DeFi
• Knowledge about options, derivatives is a plus
• Proven abilities in managing growth hacking strategies and contents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
