About Crystl Finance

Crystl is a decentralized protocol dedicated to bringing revolutionary yield aggregation to the interest-bearing tokens economy. Our protocol currently operates over the Polygon and Cronos network.

About this role

We are looking for a motivated UI/UX designer with solid design experience and knowledge about the DeFi space.

You will help us enhance Crystl Finance by owning the product brand and collaborating with our incredible team & community. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of designs for new features on Crystl Finance that will be utilized by thousands of users.

Most importantly, you will contribute to a cutting edge area of DeFi technology and play a vital part in the growth and evolution of DeFi as well as the Crystl Finance protocol.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will handle activities such as:

• Conduct ongoing research based on user analytics
• Plan and implement new designs UX Flow designs
• Create wireframes prototypes for new product and feature ideas
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Communicate with marketing and technology to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Convert branding concepts to tangible UI designs

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven UX/UI designing experience
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, etc)
• A strong sense of converting user research to UX flows
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Knowledge about crypto and blockchain is a plus
