You will be responsible for the following:

• Design of novel economic mechanisms to be built in Anchor protocol
• Translation of mechanisms to high-level technical specs
• Keeping up-to-date knowledge on advancements in crypto / DeFi mechanisms

You will find it easier to do your job if you have the following qualities. Needless to say, none of these qualities supersede your intellectual and professional curiosity

• Crypto degen, strong knowledge of DeFi
• Ability to express mechanism ideas with logical / mathematical backing
• Technical understanding of blockchain / smart contracts and their technical limitations is highly beneficial
• Experience in product development is a plus, preferably DeFi
• Ability to document ideas and communicate effectively
