Opportunity:

• Create and execute the vision for Parcel’s product design & branding. Establish a design organization from the ground up, building best-in-class web & mobile applications and branding (think Airbnb, Uber)
• Massive ownership, freedom, and the opportunity to work directly with our co-founders

• Influence design standards for virtual land NFTs and land-based metaverses

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics & features on our web platform
• Iterate on our design system & branding with teammates
• Create high-quality wireframes, mocks, and interactive prototypes to help define the best solutions
• Ensure the products we ship are consistent with our design and branding standards
• Participate in team/company initiatives, product meetings, and collaboration sessions
• Present your designs to stakeholders
• Design marketing materials for growth campaigns and blog posts

Desired Skills:

• 4+ years of UX, UI, product, or graphic design experience
• Strong product sensibility
• Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
• Proficiency with Figma, WebGL, Vectary (or similar design tools)
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence and passion for design
• Have a collaborative, problem-solving attitude and be willing to help other team members
• Excellent communication and organization

Nice to Haves:

• Interest in the metaverse! Or crypto/blockchain in general
• You have a favorite type foundry
