Marketing Growth Manager

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for growth strategy and planning, focus on the local market.
2. Work for growth strategy in a local field growth team, help execute your team’s goals and productivity.
3. Assist in organizing online and offline events and meetups.
4. Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness.
5. Drive results. Perform phased growth goals for your market under the leadership of the regional general manager. Based on product positioning, market environment and competitive product/user analysis, can help formulate regional specific growth strategies, and continuously optimize, produce best practices, and quickly achieve scale.

Requirement:

1. Fluent in English and local language;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. 2+ years’ experience in equivalent role in the cryptocurrency industry.
4. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to create strong relationships with external partners, and customer.
5. Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
