Frontend Engineer

Work with the backend team and product team to deliver quality user interfaces for our websites and applications. This is a remote position. Full time is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Understand the business requirements and flow. Work with the UI designer to understand the whole user journey. Provide feedback and suggestions if necessary.
2. Work with the backend team to align the API interfaces.
3. Implement the user interfaces according to the specifications.
4. Writing tests and ensuring the validity of the program.
5. Collaborate with and assist team members on their issues. Communicate effectively with the team and document your code as a whole.

Qualifications

1. Over 2 years of experience in UI development would be preferred.
2. Working experience with Typescript and React.
3. Familiarity with open-source development and libraries.

Nice to have

1. Experience with blockchain protocols, whether it be usage of a blockchain API, knowledge of how a blockchain operates, or any other experience.
2. Web3.js/Polkadot.js/Solidity experience is a plus.
3. Familiarity with open-source software principles.
