Country Marketing Manager

About the job

WOWswap Project is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Country Marketing Manager to lead WOWswap marketing strategy in specified country (China, India, Russia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, US). This person will be dedicated to growing WOWswap project community, brand recognition and project loyalty in specified country.

What You’ll Do

• Use your deep understanding of DeFi to create and fulfill marketing strategy for WOWswap project in specified country.
• Craft audience segmentation and corresponding positioning and messaging for WOWswap social community in specified country.
• Work closely with WOWswap cross functional teams to ensure an aligned go-to-market approach
• Analyze competitive blockchains projects and monitor their success in this space

What We’re Looking For

• BA/BS degree
• Work experience in Defi projects, mainly in Marketing within an entrepreneurial environment
• Passionate and familiar with cryptocurrency, blockchain and DeFi ecosystems
• Background in financial trading is a plus
• Core skill set in strategy, marketing and positioning
• Experience with open source technologies preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
