Job Description

We are currently looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our Customer Community & Advocacy team. In this role, you will partner with our internal teams and SMEs to build clear, concise, and compelling online learning that promotes the ability for SmartRecruiters customers to self-service as they learn about both our product and the best practices to achieve Hiring Success.

What you’ll deliver: 

  • Creative, learner-centered, engaging online learning content that drives customer adoption and retention. With a focus on asynchronous delivery, deliverables will include interactive e-learning modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and practice, review, and resource materials
  • Work with subject matter experts to understand the functionality of our application, the user persona, and the business objectives
  • Instructional end goals and self-paced online courses using course authoring tools, graphic design principles, and strong writing skills
  • Effective learning assessments to measure training effectiveness. Gather and track engagement and evaluation data to make improvements as needed
  • A catalog of educational materials to keep content current as the SmartRecruiters platform evolves
  • Our LMS as the hub for customer training
  • A current and creative approach utilizing the latest effective learning techniques and technology

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of instructional design experience, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Camtasia, Storyline, Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.), video editing tools and Learning Management Systems
  • Demonstrated success working with subject matter experts to build engaging training that improves customer engagement
  • Experience in graphic design and general design work in areas including but not limited to: visualizing data (making charts/graphs), deck design, creating illustrations, GIFs, etc
  • Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and ability to storyboard
