Job Description

We are currently looking for a Training Program Manager to join our Customer Community & Advocacy team. Our mission is to empower our customers to self-service and feel confident in their ability to use SmartRecruiters In this role, you will develop and deliver live training to onboard and upskill our SmartRecruiters customers.

What you’ll deliver: 

  • The SmartRecruiters customer education strategy—both the day-to-day and long-term strategy and goal setting.  You will ensure this strategy is aligned with other key stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Success and Product. 
  • High-quality content that drives customer engagement, product adoption and usage—resulting in reduced customer support volume, churn, and implementation costs. 
  • Engaging training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
  • Updated courses in collaboration with training team members and subject matter experts to accommodate changing SmartRecruiters software advancements, customer needs, government standards or guidelines and new best practices.
  • Thought leadership on classroom facilitation best practices, solutions, and emerging trends
  • All training planning and execution with participants, presenters and managers. 
  • Reporting and ongoing assessment of training relevance and effectiveness and evolve programs as necessary

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Education or a similar position
  • A proven track record of creating programs that measurably increase product adoption and customer outcomes
  • Experience managing and optimizing learning content, including content roadmaps, effectiveness metrics, and certification program development
  • Passion for understanding customer needs, pain points, and goals and creating an exceptional customer experience throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and foster internal and customer-facing relationships
  • Strong analytical skills to determine effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
  • Knowledge of instructional design
  • Direct experience working with LMS systems
