Techno-Fog!

I’m beginning to SEE what YOU are doing here and I love it! Three cheers for TechNo-Fog!

I haven’t gotten far into your work and this gem is absolutely making connections in my mind:

“The Special Counsel’s statement reminds us of this letter we discussed from Rodney Joffe’s attorney to the attorneys for Michael Sussmann, stating the Yota phone-related allegations percolated “through various branches of the government and around the private sector after that date, in various forms.”

Let’s just say, I’ll gladly accept an entire pot of Peruvian Coffee.

Thank you, TechnoFog! you are always the #1 in legal matters! I have some questions:

1) isn't James Baker now the Deputy General Counsel at Twitter? (that's quite interesting considering the recent Takeover of Twitter by Elon Musk)

2) in another article you wrote that Marc Elias was questioned under oath by the Durham Grand Jury (if I'm not wrong) - do you know when that happened? - the date is important, since Marc Elias resigned from Perkins Coie in Aug 2021: one month before Sussmann indictment

3) IIRC, about 24 persons have been interviewed by the Grand Jury. Do you know their names? Or the names of some of them?

4) Has Jake Sullivan been interviewed under oath by the Grand Jury? If yes, do you know when?

I don't think the Trump campaign had to invent one single thing. All they had to do was to report the truth, or at least their _perspective_ on the truth. And President Trump has this penchant for being proven correct long after the fact.

Too bad the FBI knows Danchenko made up most of the crap in Hillary's dossier.

Trump met with Putin and Xi to finalize their plans to destroy The Swamp. Obama and Killary are 💯% phuqed.

Putin was involved in UraniumOne, Skolkovo, Ukrainian money laundering, helping Ukraine provide rockets to the Deep State for mercenary ICBMs launched against the US & Japan and 'sheltering' Snowden.

Putin has receipts. That's why they hate him.

No matter what comes of the Durham coverup the Clinton Crime Family will continue to be a malevolent and powerful force in American politics. There is virtually no one in DC with any power who wants Hillary & Co. to be politically neutralized and that particularly includes McConnell and McCarthy.

The MSM and Tech Totalitarians will make sure that the vast sea of ignorant drones who vote in this country will continue to wallow in self-imposed ignorance. If it were otherwise Creepy Joe would have an approval rating of around 10% and Hunter would be in a Federal prison.

They never seem to learn that the TRUTH never rests. Its as true now as when the Nazis tried to hide their crimes by burying their victims only to have the earth heave and move and reveal their genocide. Same thing with the NKVD in the Katyn Forest massacre.

The bottom line?

The US Gruberment has been making life difficult since Woodrow Wilson and has only accelerated it, not reduced it.

So, Christopher Steele is such an explosive witness with such damning evidence that the gov't won't subpoena him because he won't answer their calls? This is all ticky-tack nothing that Durham is churning out to carry water for someone - I assume pressure from Senators to go through motions and keep Trump happy.

The Yota phone and Alfa bank stories both had evidence and deserved to be investigated - whoever brought the evidence forward. Some will claim that the CIA debunked the Alfa story - but Durham reserves judgment and I'm guessing the same people wouldn't trust the CIA about anything else.

author

Those who helped compile (create?!) the Alfa Bank "evidence" didn't even believe in it. 🤷‍♂️

Expand full comment

According to Durham's tortured explanation, they didn't believe in it. Durham seems to a priori believe that this was all a hit operation - therefore no one believed it was ever true and everyone had bad intentions.

But that's not what the defendants are saying -

"The Alfa Bank results “have been validated and are reproducible. The findings of the researchers were true then and remain true today; reports that these findings were innocuous or a hoax are simply wrong,” said Jody Westby and Mark Rasch, lawyers for David Dagon, a Georgia Institute of Technology data scientist and one of the researchers whom the indictment discussed but did not name.

Steven A. Tyrrell, a lawyer for Rodney Joffe, an internet entrepreneur and another of the four data experts, said his client had a duty to share the information with the F.B.I. and that the indictment “gratuitously presents an incomplete and misleading picture” of his role."

Yeah, they knew the only way they'd stay out of trouble was to hide behind HRC's skirt, hoping that her seeming ability to deflect prosecution would work its magic yet once again. Didn't work, fellas. John Durham is on your case.

That’s a load. It wasn’t hearsay, it’s the fruit of the work she commissioned from Fusion and the Sussman tech team. That Tweet is the whole REASON for the work and the lie. Clinton and Sullivan are being protected. As usual.

Expand full comment

You are correct. But, that was the judge's ruling on that. There were other rulings that were good for the SC not so good for Sussmann.

Expand full comment

I’m very impressed with the way Durham is building this case. It started out deceptively simple with Klinesmith. Now more seriously with Sussman. The panic of the other players is coming into focus as Durham carefully draws them in and explains to the judge why all the evidence he’s requesting to bring in is germane to the case. The judge hasn’t denied him once. All the flailing around of parties that weren’t charged in the case but suddenly want to hide their roles by blocking evidence is blood in the water. If Durham proceeds the way he’s started out, he can blow this case wide open. Let us pray!

Odd how Hillarys' tweet is likely to be barred as evidence. Hopefully this is not some indication that she is to be excluded from the investigation. Hopefully it is just some legal technicality regarding the irrelevance of that post. Sussmann and others might be getting prepped to be thrown under that very big bus. Hopefully Durham is not just the "whitewash" guy brought in for a clean up in the meat dept.

Expand full comment

It's likely the judge will rule in favor of piercing privilege for the conspiratorial communique, which will be more than enough evidence for showing the conspiracy. The tweet is unnecessary and was considered hearsay.
