When rolling out a change, all leaders should update a shared, live doc (Google Doc, Notion, etc.) with questions they anticipate from their teams as well as questions as they roll in. And then answer them.
For example:
What does this mean for my ______?
I’ve already been doing ______. Does this mean I need to start/stop/change?
What about ______ ?
This equips leaders to handle concerns quickly, proactively and consistently.
