Any interesting books / pieces on John Leahy to learn more about him? I've been thinking about how a lot of mainstream entertainers, e.g. Late Night Talk Show hosts, of the past era can be viewed as sales people without a tight feedback loop with respect to product purchases. For example, how valuable are guests like Norm Macdonald for Late Night Talk Shows moving product? Apparently the infamous moth story was just a filler to sell more ads.
