A big no. Explanation below is with sarcasm. Feel free to skip. Selfie with a shoe? Wow. Cameras on shoes to track who is coming from behind and who is walking in front. For what? For me, looks like shoes for stalkers/ perverts. People with short loose trousers/ skirts beware. And, I mean seriously. This might capture more than you think. How do I know if someone is out there to get me? Keep looking into the device while walking!! Will end up with neck injury, if not bump into something worse. (Look up #smombie) Are the innovators planning to come up with magic carpet to walk on without getting wet and probably provide wipers to clean the camera lens from dirt every time it senses dirt or mud (which, btw, should be like every 1/1000....0000th of a second). Where should we wear them? In the apartment, by the pool side, in the gym. Can we walk with this on the roads without capturing lot more s@%t? (I mean literally). #commonsense #innovation #aprilfoolsday #socialengineering

Not seen many April fools posts this year.

How do you wash this shoe when it gets dirty? 🤣

I would replace the cameras with some high-visibility LED lights to use at night time. In a large share of pedestrian fatalities a lack of lighting or visibility were primary factors. Now imagine a shoe that would charge during the day and have built-in lights that turn on when lighting conditions fall below a certain threshold. I hope road safety finds a place at the table now that we've started to electrify personal movement and attire.

I appreciate the effort but it's comical!

Camera ke warranty kya h because according me it's not even going to survive for a week if starting using the shoes on the regular road. Ramp walk perspective se h toh alag baat h. Second port will not survive for a month agar water and dirt chala gaya even how much water resistant the port is. And you haven't told in the video that either we need need to use battery for charging our phones using this port ya bhi electricity se charge hoga. Nothing make any sense in this shoes. Why are we using technology to complicate thing? I thought we use it make our life easy.

Okay, I agree we need innovation in tech, and to sell the product it should stand out. Why this? A shoe that uses kinetic energy to charge the battery inside? What is the power of the battery? Does it not make the shoe heavier? More also susceptible to heat and it can actually cause burns? A camera on the back to see if a thief is going to come and say hello? Thieves are going to come running? Quite possible you wouldn’t have your phone on in the application always? Also, they wouldn’t even give you a chance to react. Even if you are able to react, your shoes that you are wearing wouldn’t be saving you? But the heaviness will be making it difficult to run. Let’s support your battery is fully charged and you need to keep walking but your phone battery died, would you stop? Or would you rather keep the power backup handy to charge your phone and use it if needed? ixigo I believed your technology but what you have made is pure GIMMIC, as Ashneer Grover would have said. I personally do not feel any value to your shoes, and we do not even know the cost? Can I get a good running shoes within that price from Nike , adidas or PUMA Group ? I’d rather pass on your unnecessary tech. Should have given a thought how this is useful?
