There's enough snacks on the table but you really want to go behind the $9.99 paywall.

As Jay-z will tell you, "you can't knock the hustle" and you can't critisize the feature set (props, odds, tracking, picks, community), but I can't spot how they overtake some of their competitors.
One channel they are under-optimized on is Apple Ads and ASO. If only I could recommend an app growth agency 🤣🤣😅
Beyond that, intentional expansion has to be an option.
Another would be B2B partnerships with sportsbooks, supplying them with bet-stimulating data that bettors can digest on the sportsbook partner app itself.
