Here is the story of what we ship today: 📜 back in 2017, we despised the term "knowledge base".
We wandered the streets of Paris with Brieuc, meeting ~100 prospects, and never once did we come across a truly complete and up-to-date single source of truth.
And 6 years later, we still haven't witnessed one.
The reason is simple: keeping a space always up to date, organized, and searchable is an incredibly demanding task. It's almost inhumane.
But in 2023, everything changed 👩🚀
Technology can now *understand our words*! It can read and answer based on them, identify what needs updating, reorganize our content...
In short, it can handle most of these (rightfully called) "inhumane" tasks!
That's why we are building Slite as the first Knowledge base on autopilot. By harnessing the power of AI, we can turn the original promise into a reality.
