Job Description

We currently have an opening for an HRBP Lead supporting our Global Marketing & Communications (GMC) Leaders. This role will require you to think about complex topics that need savvy and creative people-first solutions that will help the business meet its short and long-term strategic goals. To do this, you’ll partner closely with your People Team colleagues to understand what already exists for you to leverage and what you can create based on business needs.  You will establish yourself as an indispensable go-to partner that will help to influence the right outcomes for the business, partner with our centers of excellence to drive programs, and elevate Twitter’s employment brand and unique culture.
 
 
Here are some other things you will do: 

  • Coach and advise your business leaders as well as your team on a variety of components impacting employee experience, including, but not limited to: organizational design & effectiveness, change management, career development, employee relations concerns, strategic communication, rewards and recognition, leaves of absence, local labor laws, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR policies, and people dynamics
  • Help business leaders look around corners with data-driven strategic recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, performance, retention, and overall engagement
  • Lead your HRBP team to ensure operational excellence to broad based initiatives including talent reviews, inclusion and diversity, workforce planning, talent analytics, engagement survey, and overall process improvements
  • Play a key role in helping the functional HRBP team implement the talent agenda to support the business goals.
  • Active participant in the build of new programs/offerings for not only your business, but the broader Twitter population.  This will require an understanding of talent programs, and comfortability ideating and providing feedback early and often to our key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Your Background:

  • 8+ years as an HR Generalist/HRBP with exposure/experience across other fields w/in HR or related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization
  • Outstanding  interpersonal, coaching, decision making, problem-solving skills, and critical/analytical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic business environment
  • Proven track record in the areas of program delivery and creation
