Job Description

The Director of Global Sales Analytics and Reporting will be responsible for managing and implementing CRM business processes, supporting broader business efforts to integrate business systems, and developing end-to-end reporting and analytics, as an internal product, to support customer needs at scale. ​

 

Our solutions are critical to helping the Merchant Sales and Acquiring (GMSA) division meet its goals, grow its business, and provide exceptional payment experiences for their customers. This role will be instrumental in using data to show real world impact from our sales and showcase the results for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales forecasting, reporting and analytics for GMSA

  • Continuously drive innovation within the sales reporting and analytics functions

  • Work collaboratively with the Global Business Operations team to deploy technology to improve business and sales insights for the sales teams

  • Set and implement a scalable strategy for data enrichment, working across partners in marketing and sales

  • Develop and monitor key sales performance metrics to measure the health of the sales pipeline, enable early identification of trends affecting the business and promote best practices across the global teams

  • Develop and distribute detailed pipeline analytics

  • Contribute to global management reporting

  • Ensure maintenance and relevance of the reporting dataset

  • Support GMSA leaders and reps with the development of reports and dashboards

  • Ensure team maintains a regular cadence of data audits and system hygiene

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

• Must have a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations and Management, in a B2B, multi-product business model, with a preference for high growth companies
• Proven track record designing and implementing effective business processes and managing system integrations
• Proven track record of innovation in sales reporting and analytics
• Proven ability to establish strategic, high-impact initiatives, defining performance indicators and operational focus
• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proven experience managing and building relationships in a matrix environment
• Proven ability to influence peers, stakeholders, and executives
• Customer Relationship Management Systems – Salesforce, Dynamics
• Reporting: Data and Analytics – Tableau, SQL

COLORADO APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Colorado is 120,300 USD to 156,400 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for annual bonus and equity.
