We are looking for a creative, experienced, and passionate Learning Technologies and Data Analytics Specialist to join the Customer Learning eXperience team.

What You’ll Do

You will be working with a diverse set of learners across the Customers Organization. You'll need a creative mindset towards learning technology solutions, a keen understanding of effective and agile design methods, a passion for data analytics, and an insane growth mindset attitude to help Tweeps learn and grow.

Here are a few examples:

Learning Technologies

We are re-imaging several significant learning tools and systems where we need a learning professional to lead and execute on the planning, design, and implementation.  Several examples include; moving to a new LMS, building a sophisticated learning dashboard to track progress on all learning programs, and building out communication tools and systems.

Learning Data Analytics

We are building how we measure the effectiveness of our global learning programs.   You will need to design visual insights and action plans from all available data to help shape the long-term learning strategy.  In addition, you will be providing monthly and quarterly data analytics, insights, and actions to CLX and its stakeholders. You will be responsible for the intake process of all new requested learning programs to build learning objectives and a solid measurement plan for results.

This is a hands-on role, so you will be designing the learning interventions

(Very important:  you will be doing the work instead of managing others to do the work).

Qualifications

Who You Are

We are looking for a learning professional who can take our learning technology, data analytics, and supporting instructional design interventions to the next level.  If this sounds like it might be you, you will have:

  • Experience in creating certification programs for both e-learning as well as long-term learning journeys that tie back to competencies, levels, and overall performance.

  • A love for teamwork and collaboration, balanced with an ability to be self-directed when required.

  • Clear and effective communication in both written and face-to-face.

  • High proficiency in GoogleSheets and /or Excel and the ability to quickly produce visual reports.
