Who We Are: Twitter University (TWU) is an engineering education team with a core focus on global onboarding and continued education. Our goal is to empower the global engineering audience with the right knowledge and learning opportunities to partner, serve, and impact the platform serving public conversation.

We’re looking for a talented Lead / Senior Learning Program Manager to join the Twitter University team to help scale the engineering learning programs to better serve our distributed engineering teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC. This role is vital to Twitter's decentralization effort to enable employees to work from anywhere.

 

What You’ll Do
 

Stakeholder management: You will partner with other leads in L&D, Global Sales Learning organizations to learn cross-functional learning engagements and seek partnership opportunities. You will prioritize stakeholder and customer requests and develop trusting relationships with engineering partners and customers. You will run monthly and quarterly program reviews highlighting wins, challenges, key learnings, suggested path forward for the critical TWU learning programs. 

 

Communication: You will communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels, including individual contributors and senior leadership. You will establish a regular cadence of a feedback loop, ensuring that stakeholders are regularly informed on the program milestones while ensuring priorities are met. 

 

Operational excellence: You will establish processes that enable the TWU team to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional organizations ensuring high-quality, scalable, and impactful learning products are shipped on time. You will drive accountability for the delivery of the TWU roadmap programs and OKRs. You will regularly share your learning from stakeholder engagement with TWU instructors and enable them to adjust program goals and expectations based on learner engagement and stakeholder feedback. 

 

Learner Engagement - You will create a vision for building and driving a stronger and in-depth learning engagement across our engineering audiences.

 

Change Management - Create cohesive and scalable processes that help establish a clear change management mindset and influence the team to make strategic choices keeping our assets and programs up-to-date.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

- A minimum of 2 yrs of experience working as a project manager or learning program coordinator role.

- 5+ years of experience running global learning programs for technical audiences.

- Experience with program managing on-demand technical training for global audiences

- Experience managing or administering LMS and Content Management Systems.

- Familiarity with Github is highly desirable.

- PMP certification is preferred.

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$128,000.00 - USD$179,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
