Sales Director - EMEA Enterprise Accounts

Sales Director with EPM/CPM/ERP/Finance Planning or similar enterprise software sales into the ‘Office of the CFO’, to join a hypergrowth business that’s acquired >20 companies since our 2018 inception and recently secured $1bn PE funding.

We're looking for driven Sales Leaders who excel in fast-paced environments and have the ambition to grow further in a dynamic and meritocratic environment.

insightsoftware provides a portfolio of best-in-class solutions that enable finance leaders to make sense of enterprise data in real time and proactively drive greater financial intelligence.

Reporting to our EMEA VP Sales in a hybrid role (~1 day a week in London), the Sales Director will lead an accomplished team of six ‘hunter-oriented’ Enterprise Account Managers that uncover new business opportunities and up-sell/cross-sell relevant SaaS solutions up to Board level with existing customers across EMEA.

Due to the many recent company acquisitions, we now have a large number of customers currently utilizing just one single insightsoftware product, so there's an immense opportunity to broaden our footprint with an expanding portfolio of relevant solutions.

To exceed the team quota and achieve high levels of client satisfaction, the Sales Director develops appropriate strategy, collaborates effectively with our marketing, professional services, and client success groups, provides inspirational sales leadership, coaching, and use of MEDDIC, and encourages high professional standards and the sound execution of each phase of the sales cycle.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Accomplished B2B sales leader who has consistently helped teams meet quota selling EPM/CPM/ERP/Financial Planning or similar software solutions into the ‘Office of the CFO’
  • Data & KPI focused, engaging presence, authentic, and the drive, grit and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance, and rapidly evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree. Strong market knowledge. Ideally based within ~90 minutes of our London office
