Job Description

This role is an integral part of the M&A People Team. You will be responsible for successfully supporting the execution and management of all HR functional activities related to Twitter’s acquisitions and divestitures across all geographies. This includes work across the full life cycle of the M&A experience - from due diligence through integration execution.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience as an HRBP and/or with M&A integration 

  • Experience across multiple areas and disciplines of HR

  • Proven track record working cross functionally within and beyond HR including compensation, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, operations, immigration/relocation and the HR business partner role

  • Program or project management experience; skill in improving and maturing project management processes and tools

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize work across numerous projects at the same time

  • Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through

  • Aptitude in clear communication, both verbal and written

 

Advanced Qualifications

  • Experience leading global program initiatives and /or process improvement efforts

  • Ability to build relationships with and influence a wide variety of audiences

  • Excellent judgment and decision making capabilities

  • Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking skills to manage complex/ambiguous situation

  • Solver of complex and time sensitive problems

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to contribute to change and culture management initiatives that result from acquisitions or divestitures

  • Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$128,000.00 - USD$179,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
