I am completely convinced that the vast majority of Americans, both sides, know virtually nothing about American history and the history of the Constitution. I suspected it for years, but now I’m certain. It’s a rare person indeed who cares about the Constitution, knows that it exists, and has ever read it. It’s time for extremely strict limitations on who is allowed to vote. If you don’t know basic American history, basic understanding of the Constitution, you should not be permitted to vote.
