How to Do Remote Work Well
I’ve been working remotely for 10 years and these are the habits that make it sustainable

The COVID pandemic changed the way we look at many aspects of our day-to-day lives. In particular, it showed us — and many companies that were reluctant to accept it — that working from home is not only possible, but that it can even help us improve our own quality of life.
The only problem with that idea though, is that working from home is not just staying in with your pajamas and opening your laptop 5 minutes before your shift starts. Just like the office you no longer miss was meant to be a place where you would feel comfortable performing your tasks, your new home office should feel the same.
But take a look around, does it honestly feel that way? Or are you actively ignoring distractions or working from a dark corner of your kitchen because you don’t really have a proper spot inside your house?
Remote work, done wrong, can harm your body and your mind. This is not me saying it, there are studies that have been conducted since we were globally forced to massively adopt the remote work experience.
