Job Description

Our Performance Marketing team consists of a diverse group of marketers with expertise in: ASO, SEO, Email and Paid Performance. We use our channels to acquire new, and help retain current, customers across the globe. We’re looking for someone to help us with our efforts as we continue to scale across more countries with large paid media budgets.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage the performance of a portfolio of mobile ad partners for global new user acquisition campaigns. You’ll own both the strategy and the day-to-day execution for the program, which includes: partner management, budget allocation, contract negotiation, trafficking, and campaign reporting/tracking/optimization (among others).
  • Investigate incremental opportunities through new vendors, offerings, and unique placements
  • Work cross functionally with data analysts, market researchers, engineers, product managers and the creative team to drive performance while also helping to push long tail marketing projects 
  • Gather and present data-backed insights, optimization recommendations, and key learnings to internal and external partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of mobile marketing experience OR 5+ years of mobile marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of all digital media fundamentals, including: attribution, ad serving, tracking & tagging, A/B testing, dynamic creative, and programmatic buying
  • Experience directly managing large scale UA campaigns across various ad networks, DSPs and/or self attributing networks (Facebook, Google)
  • Expert level knowledge of Excel (SQL a bonus, but not required)
