Senior Product Manager, Revenue Platform

Twitter is on a journey of rapid growth, and we’re looking for an outstanding Product Manager to join our hardworking team to help evolve Twitter’s revenue platform. As a PM of the revenue platform team, you will help build the analytics platform that makes terabytes of daily ads engagement data queryable and searchable in seconds. Advertisers, data scientists, and engineers rely on these products to derive, discover, and understand metrics for their daily work. You will have the opportunity to define the vision, form and drive a roadmap to deliver the best outcomes with the team.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers based mainly in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York but as well remote.

Job Description

You will be the internal champion for the analytics platform product area and will develop and articulate your vision for these products to internal and external partners. You will be encouraged to:

  • Own and deliver success on business goals for the Revenue Analytics Platform team covering the core metrics platform for our monetization teams that is used to surface metrics, insights to advertisers on Twitter via various surfaces.
  • Deeply understand the needs of internal and external customers - including advertisers, Twitter users, and internal teams - in order to drive high-quality, rapid product launches - all in partnership with engineering and other XFN teams.
  • Synthesize insights from user research, experimentation, usage data, sales feedback, roadmaps of other product teams, etc. to make decisions on future investments.
  • Drive execution of projects by being involved in capturing, defining, communicating user stories, business flow diagrams, and product requirements.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills align with many of the following:

  • 5+ years product management or related industry experience
  • Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and product sense
  • Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling product vision and strategy
  • Ability to make decisions and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with highly technical engineering teams and driving complex projects from ideation to implementation to successful feature launch
  • 2+ years experience working on data, analytics products
  • Understanding of how data advises insights and how key metrics are used by internal and external users to drive decisions
  • Experience and/or desire to have an understanding of concepts and products involved in building scalable analytical platforms and products
  • Experience or interest in working with platform or highly technical teams
  • Familiarity with technical concepts that lets you become an expert on Twitter’s analytics platform and earn the respect of world-class engineers
  • Computer science, engineering, or technical background is preferred
