Business Development Manager, DeFi

Inverse DAO

Inverse DAO is looking to increase focus on B2B opportunities and consolidate our position in the market. We are hiring a remote-by-default, full-time Business Development Manager.

The mission is to aggressively pursue successful partnerships, across protocols and chains. The BD will research & communicate with AMMs & bridges, negotiate for Inverse DAO, and discover any & all ways to expand DOLA (our stablecoin) supply. This includes handling our relationship with Olympus Pro, Scream, Anyswap, and expanding to new chains such as Avax, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create a BD strategy and set objectives for scale
• Design & implement partnerships
• Make mutually beneficial proposals to DAOs such as Curve
• Build & manage a sales & business development pipeline
• Identify emerging DeFi trends and use this to optimize our strategy
• Become an active community leader, including events & presentations
• Channel partner feedback back to dev team

Requirements:

• Passionate DeFi native, great understanding of the ecosystem and players
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Strong instincts for outbound outreach to find and identify customers

Extra Credit:

• Advanced knowledge about projects and new innovations in DeFi / blockchain industry
• Proven experience in leading business development for high growth DeFi protocols

Compensation & Benefits:

• BD will work directly for Inverse DAO, paid via stablecoin streaming, negotiable & highly competitive wage + generous KPI-based bonuses.
