Job Description

As a Training and Implementation Consultant, you will coordinate with users of the Turnitin suite of products on implementation of the solutions across institutions and systems, ensuring successful adoption and integration of our service during the first year and throughout subsequent years, establishing strong and enduring partnerships. Through training delivery and a consultancy approach with our customers, you will help drive usage rates and adoption, improving customer health and reducing churn.

  • Drive usage and adoption of the Turnitin solutions
  • Carry out end-to-end Implementation and onboarding planning for clients as per the customer experience framework.
  • Tailor onboarding and training project in accordance to the customers’ requirements and internal workflows
  • Take an active part in the delivery of onboarding for key customers as requested – delivering a first class experience, leaving no loose ends and checking in with the customer post-implementation to ensure usage and adoption
  • Actively work on the development of the Turnitin training packages including the creation, development, refining and review of face to face/remote learning sessions and e-learning tools.
  • Deliver professional services training support to clients in line with purchased training plans
  • Provide thought leadership and information sessions to customers to encourage use/adoption rates – both pre and post-sale.
  • Provide and/or arrange and organize technical expertise to customers during the pre-sales or onboarding experience
  • Take ownership for the overall relationship with assigned clients for a specific period, which will include various tasks and actions in the customer journey including: onboarding, training and consultancy
  • Establish enduring trusted/strategic advisor relationships with designated clients, in order to drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Work with specific clients to establish their critical goals, understanding the key performance indicators which will aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Support the Sales team community members with any Product related queries that need specialist advice and oversight
  • Provide coaching for sales team members on demonstrations, training etc.
  • In partnership with other Professional Service consultants, establish, track, analyze and report metrics aligned with Customer Success goals for onboarding and adoption.
  • Support in the continuous improvement and development of the customer experience framework
  • Establish cross-functional partnerships with Turnitin’s functions (including Sales, Product Management, Product Support, Engineering and Marketing) to establish alignment and buy-in on customer success related initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5+ years’ experience of delivering training to B2B customers
  • Extensive experience in building trusted advisor level relationships with a technical perspective
  • Experience developing and implementing onboarding plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation and training skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Beneficial

  • Commercial knowledge of the education sector
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, eCollege and/or publishing platforms such as WriteSmart and Cengage Learning
  • Experience working with teams located in numerous locations
