Job Description

The role: Associate Program Manager - Customer Advisory & Adoption Ops Team 

 

About the role:

Working as a part of the Customer Advisory & Adoption (CAA) Ops team, the role requires you to work closely with product, sales, finance, and customer experience group (CXG) functions globally to ensure all initiatives are executed successfully and operations run smoothly from a delivery standpoint.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Core focus is to carry out global initiatives that will streamline and standardize CAA operations.

  • Roll out processes across all regions that will reduce friction, improve data visibility, improve support and work towards better customer experience.

  • Maintain rules of engagement, pricing, and process maps for packages, partners to ensure adherence to internal policies.

  • Execute projects spanning systems, data management, process automation, data validation, resource management, and process and tooling implementation.

  • Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • 3-5 years of work experience

  • Should be entrepreneurial: self-starter, a go-getter, and should be comfortable with ambiguity

  • Positive attitude, self-starter, and high emotional intelligence (EQ)

  • A track record of managing complex processes/projects

  • Passion for technology and for pushing new concepts, products, and services

  • A strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Work experience in customer relationship management, GTM, services industry is a plus
