insightsoftware’s expansion has created the need for a driven Social Media & Brand Associate. Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing and Creative, this role will help build and evolve our social media presence and build brand awareness internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, determined marketer ready to support the development and detailed execution of our social media and brand building efforts.

Job Description

What will you do?

·       Work collaboratively with the Social Media Manager to create and execute against a strategic social media plan that increases brand awareness, thought leadership, and product interest.

·       Support monthly social media metrics tracking and reporting.

·       Manage social media project requests in the Wrike project management system

·       Schedule social media posts via Buffer.

·       Write content for social platforms, in conjunction with Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams

·       Maintain social media calendar to ensure alignment with relevant, current events and go-to-market campaign activities

·       Maintain the Brand Assets folder on the company intranet site, ensuring that brand assets and branded employee resources are always up to date and that consistent communication occurs when significant updates are made.

·       Manage two departmental inboxes daily to provide support to employees in a timely manner, including connecting other resources/team members as needed.

·       Support brand-related research initiatives in collaboration with manager and/or 3rd party agencies.

·       Become an in-house brand expert on company brand guidelines, both visual and written, and support continued build-out of insightsoftware’s brand guidelines documentation in collaboration with Creative.

·       Assist Director, Brand Marketing and Creative in launching and maintaining on-going brand management boot camps for employees and other brand-related projects and rollouts.

·       Contribute to written brand communications, as well as support SOP/job aid development for brand team functions.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of professional experience with social media and/or brand management
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business
  • Knowledge of social media marketing trends and platforms
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to spin multiple plates concurrently
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Familiarity with and ability to follow AP Style
  • Experience with social media management and project management platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Wrike or Airtable).
  • Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all-levels, and with agencies, customers and professionals outside the business
