Position Summary

The Strategy & Business Development role will work closely with our Co-Founders and Chief Medical Officer on both internal and external work streams, ranging from clinical model development to improving patients health to helping with customer contracting. This position is an ideal for a contributor who wants to be the ground floor of helping build a VC backed fast-paced and mission-driven healthcare organization. This role offers a competitive salary + equity package.

Responsibilities

• Working hand-in-hand with the c-suite to help design solutions that provide the best quality of care for our patients
• Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as health plans and health systems
• Collaborating across the organization, including building assets and tools related to clinical operations, patient experience and journey, and product development
• Executing on meaningful projects and tasks and operating as a self-starter

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Required
• 2-5+ years of experience in healthcare either in: consulting (management or financial); investment banking; investing (venture capital or private equity); or within a healthcare organization (startup or larger organization)
• Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare landscape, within payors and providers
• Experience creating materials in PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Passion and interest for the mental illness space
• Preference to work in person in San Francisco (not required)
