What you’ll do:

You are an analytical and energetic professional who is enthusiastic about creating customer centric software products. You will manage and execute Torch’s day-to-day product execution in a fast paced environment while working cross-functionally across Operations, Engineering, and Sales. What we are looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
• High attention to detail and ability to understand and organize complex workflows
• A “can do” attitude with a focus on customer empathy
• Hands-on collaborator that works well in teams
• A passion for understanding and solving user problems
• Passion for healthcare - interest in office-based healthcare (e.g., dental)
• Interest in technology and software

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a deep understanding of Torch’s product workflows and processes
• Drive product development processes from end to end on high impact projects
• Leverage customer insights to drive ideation of new features in collaboration with other teams
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams to prioritize product initiatives
• Develop expertise on internal tools, data, and technical processes (e.g. product analysis, order fulfillment tools, database querying)
