About The Role

CaaStle, the leading provider of technology and logistic services to power apparel rental, is looking for an intern for our Product Marketing team. Reporting directly into our Head of Product Marketing, a management team member, you will develop strategies to drive the growth of our newly launched Branded Affiliate product line, which enables creators to offer their own branded subscription rental offering. Project work may include customer profiling, market research, competitive benchmarking and the development of segmentations/strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive assessment of the circular economy, the key players and their value propositions
  • Use a systematic process for the capture and synthesis of client feedback (from prospects to seasoned) and the development and sharing of insights from this feedback
  • Perform market research to drive insights around key partner (e.g., retailer, creator) and consumer preferences and concerns
  • Create client segmentations with tailored value propositions for the CaaS offer
  • Partner with Business Development to create Go to Market materials to communicate these value propositions

We'd Love For You To Have

  • Completed 1st year of a 2 year MBA program
  • Interest in retail/fashion technology
  • Organized, with an ability to manage to deliverables
  • Strong analytical skills and experience extracting insights and building data-driven narratives
  • High comfort level with ambiguity; open to change, learning, and growth
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in management consulting or digital marketing is a plus
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 by date of hire to be considered
