It is a good suggestion and I'm happy to integrate it in the repos.

However I would suggest raising this question in the Polkadot/Kusama channels first - so if the council is happy to have these tips in the queue, can certainly enable it here. (api, extension & apps would be the ones where most of the contributions happen)

I raised the question in "Polkadot direction" and it has received explicit agreements from some active council members, Raul, Bill, and Shawn.

Hence, I think Tip bot can be born.

Hello, we are using our own payout bot in kodadot/nft-gallery and you can see processed bounties, happy to collab if we can share knowledge or improve the process.

@jacogr I think it is totally reasonable to enable the bot here. I will add you as someone who can trigger transactions from the bot.
