Gaining control over your breath and learning how to tap into your physiology is the single highest ROI activity you can do for your health and overall well-being. And Othership makes that SO SIMPLE! I've tried all the meditation apps - Calm, Headspace, Waking Up, you name it...this is like meditation on steriods.
I am a regular meditator but had never done breathwork until Othership. It is a really great introduction, with so much variety that there's a session for everyone, and for every part of the day!

For my personal experience, I found that more popular apps like Headspace and Calm being not the best and only really helpful in putting me to sleep.
