What’s brewing

As our Associate Product Manager you will help build products that will define the future of Blank Street. You will help us define and solve problems at the intersection of the physical and digital world. Key initiatives that you will help support include national & international expansion, subscription launch/iteration and connection with in-store experience.

This role is on our Product Team and reports into our Product Lead.

What you'll own

• Partner with our Design, Engineering, Research, Operations, and Expansion teams to identify and explore new opportunities to help define product roadmaps, vision, and strategy
• Create product plans, requirements, and documentation that are informative, concise and drive effective decision making and accountability for product success from design through delivery
• Define, monitor, measure product metrics and KPIs, incorporate learnings into product definition and development process
• Make tradeoff decisions based on technical, user and business insights
• Collaborating closely with operations and business partners in order to understand the pain points, synthesizing the feedback, and develop a strategic product roadmap to solve them
• Leverage user feedback tools to identify user pain points in existing journeys, then translate them into actionable enhancements to the product.

Who you are

• 1+ years of experience in product management, with products across multiple platforms and countries
• An understanding of how technology can solve customer problems and can engage in the details with the engineering team to find simpler solutions.
• Ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users and partner’s problems
• Clearly, concisely, and persuasively presenting to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• You have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
• Ability to recognize issues quickly and determine how to get a resolution through creative and efficient problem solving
• Biased toward action, a great collaborator, a master disambiguator/simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
