Hide Your Spotify Playlists From the Public

One way to hide your Spotify playlists is by making them private. You can, however, still share private playlists with your friends, although the link will be valid for 24 hours only. The streaming platform also provides another option for playlists that allows you to remove a playlist from your profile.

However, this only makes the playlist hidden from your profile, and any user who likes the playlist will still maintain access. Besides, playlist followers can still share, display it on their profiles, and even edit if the playlist is collaborative.
