This role will have a massive impact on Hipcamp, because the work you do will grow Hipcamp across Canada, and then the world.

About The Role
Hipcamp is looking for a student intern based in Canada (remote) to help expand on our successful launch in 2021. The internship will take place from May to August 2022. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and scale all facets of a marketplace in a new market.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a business, is excited about experimenting and finding key learnings, and is obsessed not only with the big picture but also about improving and iterating on processes to perfect the customer experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • You are comfortable working with data sets and enjoy analyzing different patterns and trends and how they can impact different business goals
  • You can create dashboards that help monitor business performance on a weekly and monthly basis in Looker and google sheets
  • You can own relationships with key stakeholders such as our public relations and social media marketing teams
  • You are creative and can ideate different email, social, and paid campaigns for tentpole moments throughout the Summer
  • You have a creative approach to problem-solving for a wide breadth of marketplace challenges
