The team

Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them leverage the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process—from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. Our team partners with some of the largest, most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.

This position

The Product GTM Strategy & Operations Intern at DocuSign will drive initiatives that range from transformational business strategy to the nuts and bolts of GTM execution. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, etc.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Product GTM Strategy & Operations and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Own one to two projects during the internship with structured milestones and fixed delivery dates intended to align both to your interests and DocuSign’s strategic needs
  • Deliver as “CEO” of your projects, with scope details to be defined at the start of the internship
  • Participate in project activities such as strategic framing and prioritization, cross-functional stakeholder interviews and alignment, executive influence, including senior level presentations, strategic recommendation with operational implications, and roadmap and field enablement
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to drive your projects forward efficiently and effectively in partnership with senior leadership, product management, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and legal, as appropriate
  • Perform in-depth analysis and communicate key insights to relevant stakeholders on a regular cadence
  • Determine high-impact deliverables and provide recommendations that have the potential to influence DocuSign’s path long after you leave

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an MBA program during the internship and for at least one quarter/semester after the internship
  • 4+ years of pre-MBA experience that includes experience at an investment bank, consulting firm, private equity/venture capital firm or sales strategy & operations at a technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, and deliver actionable insights
  • This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future
