THE OPPORTUNITY

The Gympass Summer Internship Program fosters a positive, enriching, and productive work environment and provides multiple forms of training and professional development throughout the internship. You will have the opportunity to experience and participate in fast-paced, real-world projects designed to develop your professional skills and facilitate your career exploration in a field that interests you.

Each intern will be paired with a mentor, who will guide student collaborations and project work. In addition to your departmental projects, as an intern you will also be exposed to a variety of functional areas of the business and have the chance to connect with leaders for learning opportunities. The paid internship will last approximately 12 weeks, starting in June.

Who You Are

• You are a student currently enrolled in a bachelor's, associate, or graduate degree program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy being innovative and resourceful
• You are eager and willing to learn
• You have an awareness and appreciation of different perspectives
• You value diverse, inclusive spaces and want companies to keep improving in their efforts to foster belong amongst different perspectives and backgrounds
• You are able to work both independently (once trained) and with a team
• You are detail-oriented, a fast learner, and most importantly, are curious
• Passion for wellness and fitness is a plus!
