Remote

Recommended timezones: US-ET or US-CT

Argyle is a fast-growing remote-first Series A startup that has reimagined how we access and use employment data.

Renting an apartment, buying a car, refinancing a home, applying for a loan — the first question you'll often be asked is, "how do you make money?". You'd think information so foundational to our economy would be simple to manage, transfer and control — but it isn't.

Argyle is the easiest way for people to instantly share their income and employment data with any product or service. Users exercise full control over how their data is accessed, and businesses receive real-time access to this data via the Argyle API.

Our infrastructure powers access to better financial products for millions of people. We're also a fun and passionate group, working remotely across 23 different countries and counting. Learn more about our team on our about page.

What will you do?

Argyle is looking for a Growth PM to own our product-led growth efforts end-to-end. This includes:

  • Building out and iterating on Argyle's self-serve customer sign-up experience
  • Eliminating points of friction in our customers' onboarding / implementation / scaling journey
  • Collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams on identifying and implementing ways to improve volume and conversion rates throughout our customer acquisition funnel
  • Identifying additional product-focused growth levers for the business, and building out new product experiences to take advantage of them

In partnership with key stakeholders in our Marketing, Sales, Data and Analytics functions, and working with a talented team of engineers and designers, you'll define growth objectives and KPIs, run experiments, and develop a roadmap that will help Argyle continue to efficiently and rapidly scale our business.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience driving growth in a product role at a B2B company (bonus points if the product is highly technical or API-first).
  • Customer empathy. Ability to arrive at a deep understanding of how Argyle fits into our clients' businesses, and the goals and challenges faced by clients as they learn about, trial, implement and scale our product.
  • Aptitude for analytical and data-driven thinking. Ability to effectively frame quantitative problems, determine the right things to measure, and make data-driven decisions where applicable.
  • Execution orientation and an ability to drive results in close collaboration with a wide range of functions — engineering, design, marketing, sales, QA and analytics being some of the primary ones.
  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment, including a desire for ownership/autonomy and building scalable processes and tools as required.

Benefits

  • Remote-first, with flexible working hours and smart colleagues from around the world
  • Significant equity in a fast-growing Series A startup
  • Competitive pay and unlimited time off
  • $1,000 equipment stipend (and your standard-issue MBP, of course)

Argyle embraces diversity and equal opportunity. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe the more inclusive we are, the better this company will be.
