Parade is seeking an Operations Associate to support day to day operations and long-term holistic strategy for logistics. This is a highly dynamic role supporting our rapid international expansion. You will have the opportunity to develop key analytical and project management skills needed within a fast-growing business. What You’ll Do:
- Own the logistic processes for one of the fastest growing D2C brand that is rapidly expanding or direct and international business- monitor incoming retail POs, oversee export schedule, prepare necessary documentation, coordinate bookings, rate quotes and delivery with freight forwarders, and interface with DC and local teams regarding inbound & outbound goods
- Provide effective and compelling daily, weekly, and monthly data analysis of KPI data to underpin all aspects of cross border cost, service and SLA performance. Use this insight to drive strategic performance improvement
- Manage expenses related to inventory movement - including outbound & inbound rates, return rates, duty drawback programs, and pricing markup - continuously optimizing for market-level profitability and ensuring all expenditures remain within budget
- Identify and develop ways to scale our existing processes as our international footprint grows across all channels
- Project manage continuous improvement with cross border ecommerce partner, ensuring projects get to the finish line in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, and effectively manage cross functional partners to drive resolution
- Work closely with customer service & strategy teams to compile international customer issues, prioritize by impact, identify and drive solutions
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-3 years in e-commerce or related fields or relevant educational background in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel; Google Analytics & Looker experience preferred
- Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
