A bit about us:

Immutable has recently launched the $IMX token, which set the registration record on CoinList, as well as two of the hottest gamefi tokens: $GODS and $GOG. We believe in sharing the upside with our early adopters and progressively giving more ownership to the community.

As Head of Tokens, you will be accountable for the success of all three tokens. You will create a winning strategy through your knowledge of DeFi, DAOs and the ecosystem. You will have the autonomy to define and build the team and processes to execute this strategy. Your team will be responsible for the common liquidity, operational, legal and financial aspects of tokens whilst you will collaborate with each Business Unit's product and marketing team to achieve common outcomes.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person who can own one of the most critical functions in the business. By managing these top tier tokens you will shape the evolving token / DAO ecosystem and contribute 100s of millions to the companies equity value.

You will have the opportunity to:

Develop strategies to increase the value of the tokens
Build the team to make our tokens successful
Systematise and de-risk token operations
Work with exchanges and other ecosystem players to increase token distribution and liquidity
Advise Immutable X partners on tokens
Identify ways to realise the value of Immutable’s tokens

We would love you to have:

A presence in the blockchain and specifically defi world
A strong grasp of financial principles, such as liquidity and why it is important
Experience working with and managing risk
An understanding of the lay of the land for different jurisdictions
5+ years of professional experience and have built teams before

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

Existing relationships within the blockchain industry (e.g. exchanges) are a massive plus
Experience leading large, complex projects
Experience running a token sale, exchange listing or been responsible for a floating token
Trading expertise (finance or crypto)
